The Gulf of Baratti

From the camping you reach the sea, the splendid Gulf of Baratti with a sandy beach, in 10 minutes on foot, taking advantage of the small roads in the fields, admiring the panorama of the gulf. Nearby is the important Etruscan-Roman archaeological site of Baratti / Populonia. A few kilometers away is San Vincenzo, a renowned tourist destination with the European blue flag, ancient medieval villages such as Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Sassetta and Populonia alta. Piombino, the port of embarkation for the Island of Elba and with routes to Sardinia and Corsica, is only 10 KM away.
